Healthy carrot muffins recipe

Ingredients:
150 g plain or spelt flour
2 large grated carrots
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon ( optional)30 g chopped walnuts
1tsp baking powder
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and pour in to the muffin tins or moulds
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes
