Healthy carrot muffins recipe

Ingredients:


  • 150 g plain or spelt flour

  • 2 large grated carrots

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon ( optional)30 g chopped walnuts

  • 1tsp baking powder


Method:


  • Mix all ingredients together and pour in to the muffin tins or moulds

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes
