Healthy smoothie recipes

All serve at least 1 pint.
Method for all recipes: blend until smooth.
Garden green smoothie
1medium apple chopped
1 pear chopped
10g sunflower seeds
20g kale
30g baby spinach
80ml lime or lemon juice
A handful of flat leaf parsley
50g yoghurt, either coconut or natural
200ml water or coconut water
1-2 tablespoon of pea or whey or rice protein ( optional)
Banana coconut smoothie
150g whole almonds or walnuts soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
2 ripe peeled ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
1-2 tablespoon of pea/whey/rice protein (optional)
1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
500 ml water or coconut water
2 dates
Purple delight smoothie
100ml fresh orange juice
100ml water
200g natural yoghurt
100g cashew nuts
1-2 large handful blackberries
2 large handfuls blueberries
8 strawberries, hulled
