Ginger-Lemon Tea

Perfect for soothing sore throats and boosting immunity.


Ingredients:


  • 2 mugs water

  • 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp honey


Instructions:


Boil water and ginger for 5 minutes. Strain, add lemon juice and honey, and serve warm.



Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

A creamy, anti-inflammatory drink to wind down your day.


Ingredients:


  • 1 mug milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon or sliced raw ginger

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions:


Heat milk and spices in a saucepan, stirring until well combined. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, and enjoy warm.
