Ginger-Lemon Tea

Ingredients:
2 mugs water
1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
Boil water and ginger for 5 minutes. Strain, add lemon juice and honey, and serve warm.
Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

Ingredients:
1 mug milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon or sliced raw ginger
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
