Protein-packed egg bites recipe

Try these egg bites for a healthy and protein-filled snack (makes 12 mini bites)!

Ingredients:


  • 6 eggs

  • 2 handfuls of spinach (chopped)

  • 150 g feta or grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 diced yellow or red pepper

  • Salt & pepper to taste



Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl, then mix in the veggies and cheese.

  3. Pour into a greased muffin tin (or silicone molds).

  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until firm.
