Protein-packed egg bites recipe

Try these egg bites for a healthy and protein-filled snack (makes 12 mini bites)!

Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 handfuls of spinach (chopped)
150 g feta or grated cheddar cheese
1 diced yellow or red pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk eggs in a bowl, then mix in the veggies and cheese.
Pour into a greased muffin tin (or silicone molds).
Bake for 15-18 minutes until firm.
Enjoy as a protein-packed snack!
