I have been where you are
After 30 years in marketing and PR, and time spent caring for my father at the end of his life, I found myself facing menopause completely unprepared. Like so many women, I did not recognise what was happening to my body or to myself. My energy dropped, my health felt off, and I lost that sense of being "me".
There was no quick fix. I did not overhaul everything overnight. Instead, I rebuilt my wellbeing slowly: finding out the facts and making small, sustainable changes which made a real difference.
That experience led me to train as a Health Coach (CNM, ANP), combining lived wisdom with evidence-based nutritional science. Now, I support women through menopause and midlife, helping you feel clearer, more in control, and more like yourself again — one step at a time.
