As a health coach trained by the CNM and UKIHCA, I work alongside you to identify the small shifts that will make the biggest difference to your daily life. We focus on three pillars: Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset.

A comprehensive initial health and lifestyle review.
Fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions (online or in Sussex).
Personalised habit-tracking and nutritional guidance.
Direct support between sessions to keep you on track.
Whether you choose the 1-month "Base" programme for a reset or the 2-month "Premium" programme for deep transformation, you will walk away with a toolkit designed for the long term.
How do I know if coaching is right for me? If you are struggling with low energy, brain fog, or feeling "lost" during perimenopause or menopause, coaching provides the structure and accountability to help you find your way back.
Where do the sessions take place? I offer sessions online via Zoom for clients across the UK, or in person at my clinic space in East Grinstead, Sussex.
Is this a diet plan? No. We focus on "crowding out" bad habits with good ones and using nutrition to balance hormones, rather than restrictive calorie counting.
Can I keep my own doctor or HRT regime? Absolutely. Health coaching is a complementary practice that works alongside your medical care to manage lifestyle factors.
