From the corporate world to the clinic

For three decades, my life was defined by the fast-paced world of marketing and PR. However, it was during the time I spent caring for my father at the end of his life that I hit my own transition into menopause. I was completely unprepared for it.

I didn't recognise the woman in the mirror. The drop in energy and the loss of focus felt overwhelming. I realised that the "power through" mentality of my corporate years was no longer serving me. I needed a different approach.

My recovery was a process of education and incremental shifts. By focusing on the facts and implementing small, sustainable habits, I found my way back to health. This transformation is what drives my practice today. I don’t just coach from a textbook; I coach from the experience of having navigated the fog and found the way out.

Professional training, personal understanding

Empathy is vital, but so is evidence. I spent years retraining to ensure my lived experience was backed by nutritional science and coaching psychology.

  • Diploma in Health Coaching: College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).

  • UKIHCA Member: Fully accredited by the UK Health Coaching Association.

  • Mental Health First Aider: Trained by Mental Health First Aid England.

  • Specialist Training: Focused on Female Hormonal Balance and Menopause health.

Beyond the coaching room

When I am not working with clients, you will usually find me exploring the Sussex countryside. I am a passionate cook, a skill I honed at Prue Leith’s, and a firm believer that healthy food should never be boring. I live in East Grinstead, where I balance my practice with the joys (and occasional chaos) of family life.
